The first method involves glass staining during its manufacture. This method of producing colored glass gives the most durable result since the color is, in fact, an integral part of the glass produced.
There is also such a method of creating colored glass as coloring an already finished clear glass with an aniline dye. This method is simpler since it is not necessary to take into account the melting point of the dye and its effect on the process of solidification of glass.
Colored glass can be created by combining clear glass with colored layers. For example, you can fuse a colored polymer into glass or stick a colored film on the finished glass. Color film can be both monochrome and multi-colored. It is possible to put any image on the film.
